Begonia 'Escargot' has stunning, swirled, textured leaves with a dramatic silver and black pattern. Mature plants will develop extremely large leaves that make this begonia such a show-stopper. However, Begonia 'Escargot' is a very challenging houseplant to grow.
Begonias Escargot will not thrive in regular house humidity, and needs to be kept in a higher humidity space or use a humidifier to keep this plant happy.
Give this plant bright indirect light; direct light may cause burnt crispy patches on the leaves. Water regularly and ensure this plant is not allowed to dry out, or leaves may become damaged or die off.
