Hoya Retusa is a quick-growing climbing vine plant with waxy needle-like leaves. Hoyas thrive in bright, direct sunlight and will grow faster if provided with a trellis or something else to climb. Hoyas tend to send out naked vines that produce leaves once they find something to climb - this particular hoya will happily climb nearby plants.
Hoya Retusa has semi-succulent leaves that store water, and become very thin and flexible when the plant is thirsty.
